Cancellation & Refunds
Nebula Personalization Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Nebula”, “we”, “our”) offers digital, self-paced certificate courses delivered via our LMS. Because access is granted instantly after payment, our default policy is no refunds after course activation, except as noted below.
1) Cancellations (before access)

If your order has not been activated (no login sent / no access used), you may request a full cancellation within 7 days of payment.
2) Refunds (after access)

Change of mind after access: not eligible.

Duplicate payment or charged more than once: full refund of the duplicate/extra amount.

Payment failure but debited: we’ll coordinate with Razorpay; if settled to us, we’ll refund.

Technical access issues (not resolved within 3 business days of your ticket): prorated or full refund at Nebula’s discretion.
3) How to request
Email info@nebulatech.in with subject Refund Request – Order ####, include payment date, amount, UTR/Razorpay Payment ID, and reason.
4) Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (gateway/issuer timelines apply).
5) GST & invoices
Refunds for invoices with GST will be processed net of statutory adjustments as per GST rules.
