Desired Profile of the Business Associate:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivates sales opportunities and conducts prospecting of potential new business by making client conference calls and/or face-to-face presentations.

  • Will engage in lead qualifications through prospecting and relationship building, providing and following up with sales collateral, and developing interest amongst potential clients.

  • Responsible for fostering and owning account development by forming and maintaining strong client relationships, product offerings/enhancements, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

  • Will be managing a portfolio of clients

  • Will be responsible for mining and growing the clients

  • Selling our domain expertise focused services

  • Responsible for establishing strong relationships with key decision makers across client organization.


Desired Experience:

  • Must possess an extensive Mobile Applications background.

  • Should have worked in the Business Development role and have overall experience of 10 to 15 years

  • Experience of managing Start-ups to Multi-Million dollar clients, agencies and a portfolio of clients.

  • Should understand the latest technologies and demonstrated winning in mobile applications industry.

  • Proven capabilities to identify, create and win multi line services opportunities.


Required Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge and expertise across multiple domains such as On-Demand Hyperlocal Business Services, Online Marketplaces, Portal, Event Management Mobile Applications, FinTech, EduTech, FoodTech etc.

  • Superior client facing and executive engagement skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Proven skills to develop strategies in support of growth targets

  • Big picture thinking in global organizational delivery

  • Demonstrated business leadership or excellence.
